I ordered a jacket from Barbour on Monday and it was already at my door by Wednesday morning... didn’t expect it to arrive that fast. The tracking was easy to follow and the parcel showed up in good condition. Really happy with the delivery overall

I ordered a jacket and a few pairs of socks, and everything showed up just as expected... right sizes, right colors, no mix-ups. Simple order, but i’m happy with it.

I wasn’t totally sure if I had picked the wrong size or if it was just a fit issue, but either way, support was really nice about it. They sorted everything out quickly and were super helpful, which I really appreciated.

I wasn’t expecting too much, but this jacket feels seriously well made. The material has a nice sturdy feel to it, and it definitely seems like it’s going to hold up for a long time. Happy with it so far.

I sent my return back and, the refund came through a lot faster than I was expecting. I wasn’t totally sure how long it would take, but it ended up being a smooth process

Barbour was really easy to use. I found the jacket I wanted quickly, and the filters did exactly what I needed them to do. Checkout was simple, simple enough that I didn’t have to think about it, and the pages loaded fast on my phone too. No fuss, no messing about, just picked what I wanted and ordered it

From what I remember, the description was mostly accurate. The only thing that stood out to me was the sizing info—it felt a little off, but otherwise I don’t recall any major issues.

The jacket itself was totally fine, no complaints there. Fit was good and everything looked as expected. But then the shipping cost kind of caught me off guard, and that’s the part I keep thinking about. It just made the whole order feel a bit more expensive than I planned, so yeah, I’d probably think twice before ordering again

I ordered a jacket from barbour.com and, the color was basically exactly what I saw online. Which should not feel like a miracle, but apparently it does these days. I’ve ordered from other sites where the item shows up looking like it belongs to a completely different color family, so I was bracing myself. But nope, no weird shade difference, no surprise “that’s not what I clicked on” moment. Just the jacket looking like it was supposed to. Big relief

It did okay when I was out in the rain, at least at first. But after a while the seams started soaking through, which was frustrating. I kind of expected it to hold up better there, since that’s exactly where you’d hope it wouldn’t fail

The fabric is actually really good quality and feels nice. I can’t remember if it came earlier than expected or if I just lost track of the delivery date, but either way I’m happy with it. Proper good fabric overall.

The fit was about perfect for me, and I didn’t have any issues with it at all.

The box showed up looking really neat, with no dents or damage anywhere. it was in better shape than some other orders I’ve gotten…

I only went on barbour to look for a jacket, and somehow ended up clicking through shirts, bags, and even a few things for my dog. To be fair, my dog probably doesn’t need anything from Barbour, but I still had a look. The range is much bigger than what I usually see in shops, and it was easy to find sizes and colours without too much fuss. Some of it is definitely on the pricey side, but that’s kind of expected with Barbour. Good site if you already like the brand and want to see more options all in one place

The service was good in the end, but it took longer than I expected. What made it more frustrating was that I couldn’t really get in touch with an actual person, so it felt like I was just waiting around with no human support.

My order did end up arriving later than I expected, which was a little frustrating since I had been kind of planning around the original delivery window. That said, the tracking worked well enough for me to at least keep checking where it was and get a general idea of what was going on. It wasn’t super detailed or anything, but it updated enough that I didn’t feel totally in the dark. So overall, not the best delivery timing, but the tracking made the delay a bit easier to deal with.

I bought this Barbour jacket mostly for winter walks, it’s been fine, just not quite as amazing as I hoped. It does a good job of keeping the wind off, and on milder days it feels really cosy and comfortable. I do love the way it looks, and it definitely feels well made. But I have to admit I was a bit disappointed with the warmth, especially for the price. On properly cold mornings, I still need a thick jumper underneath, and sometimes even two, which feels a little frustrating. I really wanted to love it more than I do. Overall, it’s a lovely-looking jacket and feels quality, but I just wish it had more insulation built in. 3 stars from me.

I do like Barbour, and the website is easy to browse, but the stock can get annoying. A few jackets and sizes I was interested in were sold out, yet they kept showing up like they were almost available, which made me wonder if they leave them there on purpose to keep you checking back. Maybe that’s not the case, but it definitely felt a bit frustrating. It would be much better if restocks were quicker or if they gave clearer updates. Overall, not a bad experience, just not as smooth as it could be

Picked up a Barbour jacket it feels really well made. The stitching is tidy, the zips don’t feel like they’ll crap out after five minutes, and the whole thing just feels properly put together. None of that cheap rubbish pretending to be premium

So... I bought a Barbour jacket from barbour last year and it’s already been through loads of rain, muddy walks, and daily dog outings. It still looks really good, and the zip and stitching have held up perfectly. It does need a bit of care every now and then, but I kind of expected that with this type of jacket. I’m taking one star off because delivery was a little slower than I’d hoped, but the jacket itself feels like it’ll last for years.
